Assessment support along the Front Range
Remote work all year, on-site days from Boulder to Colorado Springs.

Denver shares our time zone, so a Front Range team works our hours exactly. Most work runs remotely, and we travel for sessions that need people in one room: skills audits with supervisors, cut score panels and launch days.

Standard Setting Study
A documented panel method for your passing score, with the final decision left to your board.

Credential Launch
Six months from a board decision to a credential candidates can apply for, earn and renew.
Questions from Front Range teams
How is travel to Denver billed?
At cost, with no fee added. Your proposal lists the planned on-site days and an estimate for flights or mileage, lodging and meals, and the invoice shows actual spend. On-site days in New Mexico carry no travel fee, so some Colorado programs hold multi-day panels in Albuquerque instead.
Can you train our hiring managers on site?
Yes. A psychometrician runs a half-day session where managers practice your structured interview kit, rate recorded sample answers and compare ratings until they agree. The kit comes from a Role Readiness Assessment or a skill evaluation build, so every question and rating anchor is tied to tasks in your job.
What happens if weather cancels an on-site day?
The session moves to video on the same date, or to a new date if you would rather meet in person. Because travel is billed at cost, you pay nothing for a trip that did not happen beyond any fare that cannot be refunded, and we tell you that figure before booking.
