Tests that help people keep the course
Practice quizzes, secure finals and certificates on one learner record.

A final exam tells you who passed; practice tests help people remember. Roediger and Karpicke (Psychological Science, 2006) found students who took recall tests remembered more a week later than students who spent the same time restudying.
Where training assessments fall short
Quizzes nobody checks
End-of-module quizzes run in the LMS, but nobody looks at which questions actually work.
Certificates without standards
A completion certificate looks the same whether the learner scored 52 or 98.
Instructors grading themselves
The person who teaches the course also writes and scores its exam, and clients notice.
Clients want capability
Corporate buyers ask what their staff can now do, not how many finished.
Where training teams start
Online testing platform
Practice tests with feedback and secure finals from one item bank, in English and Spanish.
Certification management
Certificates and Open Badges 3.0 credentials issued on a pass, with expiry and renewal dates.
Workforce Skills Audit
A before-and-after measure, by role, of what a client’s staff can do.
Item Writing Workshop
Your instructors trained by a facilitator to write and review items to one standard.
Your first 90 days
- Days 1 to 30
Bank one course
One course’s quiz and final items imported, tagged to objectives and given feedback text.
- Days 31 to 60
Add practice rounds
Short practice tests after each module, drawn from a pool kept apart from the final.
- Days 61 to 90
Issue the credential
Finals run, passing learners receive a digital badge, and item statistics show the weak questions.
Questions training providers ask us
Can practice tests and the final exam share one item bank?
Yes, with separate pools. Items are tagged as practice or secure, practice items never appear on a final form, and both pools map to the same course objectives. Learners get feedback on practice questions straight away, while secure items show only a score, so the final still measures what they retained.
Can we issue digital badges when learners pass?
Yes. A pass can issue an Open Badges 3.0 credential carrying the course name, the date, the skills covered and an expiry if you set one. Learners share it on a profile or résumé, and anyone checking it sees whether it is still current or has lapsed.
Does it connect to the LMS we already use?
Yes. LTI 1.3 connects Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard and D2L Brightspace, so learners open tests from the course page and scores return to it. Other learning systems connect through the REST API and webhooks, and single sign-on works through SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect for corporate accounts.
Can we report results to each corporate client separately?
Yes. Each client account sees only its own learners, with results by cohort, objective and item rather than a completion count. You can send a client a report showing which objectives their staff passed and which they missed, so the next training session goes where the gaps are.
