Questions about pricing
Why are prices shown as “from”?
Because the final price depends on your volume, the number of exams and the work involved. The figures here are indicative starting prices for a typical program. After a 30-minute demo we send a fixed-fee, itemized proposal, so the number you sign is the number you pay unless you change the scope in writing.
What counts as a test session?
One candidate sitting one exam form once counts as one session, whether at a test site or at home under remote proctoring. A retake is a new session. The platform subscription includes up to 2,000 sessions a year, and each session beyond that is billed from $2.
Who qualifies for 15 percent off?
Nonprofit organizations, public bodies such as state boards and agencies, and education programs, including colleges, universities and K-12 districts. The discount applies to annual platform fees. Program fees, per-session proctoring and travel are priced as listed, and the proposal shows the discount as its own line.
Is proctoring included in the platform price?
No. Remote proctoring is billed per session on top of the platform: from $6 for record and review, where a trained person reviews every flag within two business days, and from $18 for live proctoring, with up to six candidates per proctor. You choose the mode exam by exam.
Do you charge for travel?
On-site days anywhere in New Mexico carry no travel fee. Elsewhere, including Phoenix, Denver and the rest of the Southwest, travel is billed at cost. It appears as its own line in the proposal, so you approve it before anyone books a flight or a hotel.
