One platform from item to score

Write, bank, schedule and deliver exams, with every decision on record.

A long wooden card catalog with one drawer pulled out and its cards standing upright.

Where scattered tools fail you

Items live in a shared drive, forms in a spreadsheet and scores in an LMS. When a candidate appeals, nobody can say which version of question 41 they saw. The platform keeps that answer one click away.

What the platform keeps straight

  • Every item versioned

Each edit, reviewer and statistic kept on the item, for its whole life.

  • Forms built to blueprint

Assemble forms that match your content weights, then lock them for a window.

  • Accommodations configured

Extra time, screen readers, breaks and alternate formats set per candidate before test day.

  • Statistics after every window

Difficulty, discrimination and reliability ready within a day of the window closing.

What every plan includes

  • Item bank

Twelve item types, metadata tags, review workflow and QTI import and export.

  • Candidate portal

Eligibility, scheduling, reminders and results, in English and Spanish.

  • Secure delivery

Browser lockdown, timed sections and optional remote proctoring on the same record.

  • Item statistics

p-values, point-biserials, distractor counts and reliability for every form.

  • Accessibility

A candidate interface built to WCAG 2.1 AA, tested with screen readers each release.

  • Support

Business-hours support by email and phone, plus a line on scheduled test days.

Example: a 3,000-candidate trade certification

A welding association runs two paper windows a year and keeps items in 14 spreadsheets. In ten weeks the items are banked with history, two forms are built to blueprint, and the spring window runs online at 40 sites with results posted in two days.

Indicative price

Indicative, from$6,000

Per year for up to 2,000 test sessions, then $2 a session. Every proposal is fixed-fee and itemized.

Questions about the platform

What item types does the platform support?

Twelve item types cover most programs: single and multiple response, true or false, matching, ordering, hotspot, drag and drop, numeric entry, short answer, essay, file upload and case-based sets. Every type works with a screen reader and keyboard, and you can mix them on one form.

Can we import items from our current system?

Yes. The platform imports QTI 2.1 and 3.0 packages, CSV and Word files built from our template. Item history and statistics come across when your current system can export them. Larger moves run as a Platform Migration program with a reconciliation report at the end.

Do we own our items and data?

Yes. Your items, candidate records and results are yours. You can export the full item bank as QTI and all results as CSV at any time, and on exit we hand over a complete export and delete our copies within 30 days unless you ask us to keep them.

How are accommodations handled?

Accommodations are set per candidate before the window opens: extra time, extra breaks, screen reader mode, larger text, high contrast, a separate room flag for proctors, and alternate formats. Each one is logged against the approval, so the record shows who approved what and when.

Can candidates test at home and at a test site?

Yes. A window can allow test sites, remote proctored sessions or both. Remote sessions use the same form and record as on-site ones, so scores are reported the same way and item statistics combine across both groups.
