Testing help for agencies in Santa Fe

We meet boards and agencies in person, an hour up I-25.

Adobe walls with a turquoise door ajar and a long shadow across it.

Many New Mexico boards and state agencies meet in Santa Fe, and their exams run on public calendars. We come up for board meetings, cut score panels and launch days, and the Title II accessibility dates sit in every plan we write here.

What we bring to Santa Fe

  • Board presentations

A psychometrician presents a cut score study or pilot results to your board in open session.

  • Standard setting panels

A panel of licensed practitioners rates items in person, and a written report follows.

  • Exam room conversion

An office exam room set up for proctored online testing, then checked with a rehearsal session.

  • Staff training days

Board staff learn scheduling, accommodations and records exports on your own exam.

Planning around public calendars

  • No travel fee

On-site days in Santa Fe and across New Mexico carry no travel fee.

  • Meeting dates first

Send your board meeting dates at kickoff, and reports reach members before the agenda posts.

  • Procurement answers

Security questionnaires and accessibility questions answered in writing for your procurement file.

  • Remote between meetings

Item reviews and status calls run by video, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain.

Questions from Santa Fe agencies

Can you present to our board in person?

Yes. A psychometrician attends your meeting in Santa Fe to present a standard setting report, a pilot summary or a Test Health Check, and answers members’ questions in open session. There is no travel fee within New Mexico. We send the written report ahead so it can go in the board packet.

Can you help us prepare for the Title II accessibility dates?

Yes, for the testing part. We check your exam delivery against WCAG 2.1 AA, the level the U.S. Department of Justice’s Title II rule names, and the candidate interface is built to that level. The rule’s dates are April 26, 2027 or April 26, 2028 by population served; your counsel decides compliance.

Can applicants in Taos or Española test without driving to Santa Fe?

Yes, if your rules allow remote testing. Applicants test from home with record-and-review proctoring from $6 a session or live proctoring from $18, on the same form and record as an office sitting. Anyone without a quiet room or steady connection can still book a seat in your office.
