A credential that means the same everywhere
Exams, credentials and renewals on one record your assessor can read.

A certification promises employers and the public that every holder met one standard. ISO/IEC 17024:2012 requires a body that certifies persons to document how it manages impartiality, so the platform keeps authors, trainers and examiners in separate roles, and logs who touched what.
Where certification programs come under strain
Trainers near the bank
Staff who teach the prep course can open live items unless roles are separated by design.
Renewals by spreadsheet
Continuing education certificates arrive by email and get keyed by hand, one holder at a time.
Undocumented cut scores
The passing score was set years ago, and nobody can find the study behind it.
Evidence in five places
Item reviews, appeals and committee minutes sit in different drives when the assessor asks.
Where most certification bodies start
Certification management
Eligibility, applications, Open Badges 3.0 credentials and recertification tracked against each holder’s record.
Psychometrics and exam development
Job task analysis, standard setting and technical reports, each led by a psychometrician.
Accreditation Readiness
Your ISO/IEC 17024 or NCCA evidence mapped to each requirement, with gaps listed before you apply.
Credential Launch
A new certification taken from eligibility rules and exam to the first credential issued.

Questions certification bodies ask us
Will using Exampit get our program accredited?
No. Your accreditation body makes that decision, and Exampit holds no ISO/IEC 17024 or NCCA status of its own. We help you build the evidence an assessor reads: role separation logs, item review records, standard setting reports and appeal histories, filed by requirement so your staff can produce them on the day.
How do you keep trainers away from live exam items?
By role, not by trust. A person assigned as a trainer cannot open secure items, forms or item statistics, and anyone holding two roles is flagged for your impartiality committee to review. Every view and edit is logged with the user and time, so the record shows the separation actually held.
Can holders report continuing education and renew online?
Yes. Holders upload CE certificates against your categories and credit limits, staff approve or return each one, and the portal shows what is still owed before the expiry date. When a holder renews, the Open Badges 3.0 credential updates with the new date, so employers checking it see the current status.
Can our volunteer committees write and review items in the platform?
Yes. Subject matter experts from your field get reviewer or writer access to their assigned content areas only, with a conflict of interest attestation before they start. Their comments, edits and approvals stay on each item’s history, which is the record your accreditation body will ask to see later.
